A copy of the video work sheet must be fill out any returned

via e-mail before any work can begin all re edits are final!

Note a work sheet should be returned within 5 days of e-mail & or Phone notification. If a work sheet is

not return by the due date no further edits will be made to footage on the original DVD’(s) received.

 Please note all DVD (s) originally sent must be return before any adjusted DVD (s) will be resent
